Alphaist Partners is an early-stage venture capital fund established in 2025, focusing on hard technology fields such as artificial intelligence, robotics, intelligent hardware, and autonomous driving. As our investment intern, you will:

  • Explore the AI technology frontier: Track global AI technology developments, research cutting-edge AI application scenarios, assist in identifying potential entrepreneurial projects and technological breakthroughs
  • Participate in the investment analysis process: Assist the investment team with market research, technical due diligence, and business model analysis, learning comprehensive thinking from both technological and business perspectives
  • Connect with top entrepreneurs: Participate in the evaluation of and communication with entrepreneurial projects, closely observe and learn from the thinking processes and entrepreneurial journeys of exceptional founders
  • Accelerate personal growth: Receive in-depth guidance from partners, learn investment thinking and entrepreneurial methodology through practical experience, and build a foundation for future venture capital or entrepreneurial pursuits

We hope to find someone who has:

  • Solid AI knowledge: Undergraduate or graduate education in artificial intelligence/computer science, familiarity with various latest AI algorithms and architectures; experience in system development or fine-tuning of large language models/reinforcement learning is preferred
  • AI Native mindset: Focus on the application and product implementation of AI, with hands-on experience building AI products and systems
  • Curiosity and learning ability: Actively tracks the latest progress in the AI field, reads cutting-edge papers and technical blogs, demonstrates independent thinking and regularly expresses well-formed opinions
  • Entrepreneurial sensitivity: Strong interest in the AI entrepreneurial ecosystem, ability to conceptualize how technology can transform into business value, and understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by startups
