As our investment associate, you will:

  • Discover the "Alpha" of the Future: Track the technological frontiers of global AI and robotics, identify breakthroughs in technology, products, and business models, and discover entrepreneurial projects that are underestimated by the market
  • Support top entrepreneurs in their growth journey: Work closely with the most promising young entrepreneurs, become deeply involved in their journey from ideation through team building, and product development to market success, becoming a trustworthy partner for entrepreneurs
  • Develop investment expertise and industry networks: As a core team member of the fund, develop a systematic investment approach and entrepreneurial methodology under the in-depth guidance of partners, and build relationships with experts from scientific research institutions, industry leaders, and overseas innovation ecosystems
  • Earn attractive compensation: We offer competitive base compensation, performance bonuses, and fund carry sharing, rewarding your long-term efforts to create value for entrepreneurs

We hope to find someone who has:

  • Strong technical foundation: Bachelor's degree or above in fields such as artificial intelligence/computer science/robotics/electronics/mechanical engineering, with deep technical knowledge; experience in computer/programming/robotics competitions is preferred, as is experience with core technology research and development projects
  • Hands-on experience in the technology industry: 2-5 years of experience in R&D, engineering, product, or other positions in leading technology companies or startups, with a track record of independently leading R&D projects or product launches
  • Curiosity in the field of AI and robotics: Habit of tracking the latest technological developments, with independent thinking, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Idealism and long-termism: Ability to empathize deeply with entrepreneurs, understand early-stage entrepreneurial challenges, believe in the potential of startups to change the world, and possess the patience to "sharpen a sword for ten years" (cultivate long-term value)

  • Full-cycle empowerment for portfolio companies: Deeply participate in company strategic thinking, product definition, and market strategy; actively introduce global industry talent and help portfolio companies overcome growth challenges
